Can I exchange my item?
Yes, as long as we have the new item in stock, you can return your item for an exchange. Buyer pays for shipping and a $2.00 exchange fee for each item. Please note that the item has to be returned (postmarked) for the exchange no later than 15 days after you received your parcel.
Can I return my item?
Yes, you can return your item for a refund. We will refund your money minus the shipping. The address to return your item for a refund is:

Please note that the item has to be returned (postmarked) no later than 15 days after you received your parcel. Otherwise you'll be charged a $2.00 restocking fee. No returns will be accepted if 30 days have passed after you receive your parcel.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?
We will exchange it for you for the correct item and we will reimburse you for your return shipping. Please send it back via USPS Priority mail to:

Include a small note with your user ID and item number and your original method of payment so that we can reimburse you for your return postage charge. Please let us know when you ship the item back to us and provide us with the tracking number so we can expedite the shipping of the correct item.
